With the arrival of their new 40 series, Riello continues its long-standing tradition of developing the most innovative and efficient oil burners on the market.

Delivering the reliability and efficiency that you demand, the Riello 40 Series features a hydraulic jack/air damper system that requires no adjustment, thereby providing easy installation. More important, the air damper automatically opens to a fixed position during operation and closes to seal the air inlet during each off-cycle to prevent standby heat losses. A separate air gate is set manually to regulate air flow through the inlet.

The combustion head features a new self-centering system for the drawer assembly, ensuring the best mixture of fuel oil and air, while promoting the highest combustion efficiency.

Furthermore, the 40 Series features an advanced electronic design, using state-of-the-art electronics throughout the control box which enables the burner to operate throughout a wider ambient temperature range than previously attainable. The ignition transformer, circuitry for a 10-second pre-purge cycle (an original concept from Riello) and safety lockout circuitry are all within the control box, which is easily mounted on its pre-wired base.

The attractively finished cover, composed of heavy-gauge metal designed to protect the burner is fitted with a sound-attenuating liner to ensure a tough yet quiet design.
